Net 30, automatically. Pay by check or ACH; you can send it, or we can pull it, whichever your bookkeeper prefers. Card payments are welcome too; those we take in advance.
- Everyone else
Card in advance, or let us initiate ACH and take 2% off. That's the card fee, handed back.

Do you offer payment terms?
Yes. Grocery and natural foods accounts get net 30 automatically, payable by check or ACH. Everyone else pays up front by card, or lets us initiate ACH and takes 2% off, which is really just the card fee handed back.
What's the minimum order?
One case of six 12 oz bags, or one 5 lb foodservice bag.
Will a cat-branded coffee actually sell in my store?
Yes. "Too niche" has never survived our shelf data. We're a top-selling coffee brand in many of our grocery accounts, and we rarely lose shelf space. The most common review we get is surprise that a cat-branded coffee is genuinely this good.
Which shelter do my orders support?
One near your store. Tell us your town on the application; finding and vetting the shelter is our job, not yours.
How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?
Fresh. We roast in Lebanon, PA, and orders placed before 12pm ET roast and ship the same day. It doesn't sit in a warehouse becoming somebody's regret.
